These five Southern women, who met many years ago on their college swim team, set aside one weekend every August to reunite in a North Carolina beach cottage to laugh, cry, and meddle in each other’s lives free from husbands, kids, and jobs. Tag along through four weekends over thirty-three years as these true friends boldly stand together to face the challenges of love, sex, marriage, parenting, divorce, aging, and any other obstacle life flings at them.
