The Big Lowdown will intertwine a multitude of short performance pieces devised by YOU and others-- artists, creatives, and candlestick makers-- from all corners of the Twin Cities.

Mixed Blood Theatre & the Footprints Collective are seeking applications for a non-Equity Stage Manager for 4 SCORE TOWARD THE SUN, directed by Leah Cooper, written by Anton Jones, with music by Aaron Gabriel. This is a new play about, for and developed in conjunction with military veterans using the Cornerstone Theater model of community-based work. This unique project will be performed at Fort Snelling Base Camp in November.

Auditions for “Becky’s New Car,” a comedy by Steven Dietz, will be held on Sunday and Monday, July 14 and 15, at 7 p.m., with callbacks, if necessary, on Wednesday, July 17 at 7 p.m. at The Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin.
“Becky’s New Car” is the story of Becky Foster, a woman caught in middle age, middle management, and in a middling marriage. One night, she crosses paths with a billionaire widower and has the chance to test drive a new life - and the audience gets the chance to ride shotgun in Becky’s adventure down the road not taken.
