Steppingstone Theatre and Congresswoman Betty McCollum are hosting a date with NEA Chairman Rocco Landesman on Wednesday, August 25 from 2:30-3:30 pm at Steppingstone's relatively new space at 55 Victoria Street North in St. Paul.
